Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at info@BedInABox.rest in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

How do I cancel my order?

Please send us an email if you decide to cancel via Info@BedInABox.rest, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed.

When will my order arrive?

Due to COVID and supply chain issues that it has created it is taking a little longer than usual to get our mattresses to our customers, however even with these nationwide shortages you should still receive your new mattress within 2 to 4 weeks. 

What countries do you ship to?

We only ship to the USA as of now.

How much is shipping?

We provide free shipping within the USA. 

Can I track my order?

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

Returns

Can I return or exchange an item?

we do not accept returns or exchanges. Part of the reason we can offers these exeptional mattresses at the prices that we do is that we don't add all of the additional cost that most retailers do to the final price of the bed. We offer wholesale pricing without the usual order minimums that most manufacturers require.
